If you want a great show about making anime, I highly recommend Shirobako. If you want a show about making doujinshi, watch Genshiken. A great dorama about manga, watch the excellent Yami no Bansosha. Now we have Juhan Shuttai!, a dorama about manga publishing.
There is a scene in the beginning of Juhan Shuttai! where the cleaner observes that this young man is going into an interview with a fake posture and smile. That is exactly what the main character is.
As Buck said, she is a one dimensional asadora character who comes from the Tomoya Nagase school of overacting. Juhan Shuttai is already a brightly lit and cheerful show but somehow Kuroki Haru just overdoes it even more.
If you can tolerate or ignore her, there's some interesting stuff here especially episode two about the relationship between marketing and staff at bookstores. I love going to bookstores and gaming stores in Japan and to see the behind the scenes stuff about the staff promoting books and creating displays was fun.
The first episode was kind of meh cause Kentarou Miura takes breaks everytime a new Idolmaster game comes out.
I am going to keep watching for the manga stuff and hopefully someone sneaks some valium into Kuroki Haru's drink. Only watch if you are interested in manga publishing stuff and don't expect anything else good.

I think her character is rather sweet, but this isn't a show that I'm dying to watch every week.
By the way, WTF is Nojima Shinji doing with Our House? I can't quite see where he's going with it. It's boring. It's not because I hate Ashida Mana or Charlotte Kate Fox like other seem to... it's just... not going anywhere. I don't see the point. I can't figure out the characters.
The only thing I'm looking forward to week by week is Mayoiga. It has a lot of valid complaints, but... it's just kind of addictive.
You don't know what fake lighting is until you watch Boku no Yabai Tsuma XD. Our House is dumb, from the producers think that it'd a a rating success, the famed writer who has the professional integrity to write it to the agencies who let their actors take this brain-numbing show. But the most embarrassing show I've watched is the super lame Fukigen na Kajitsu.
I was going to give Yabai Tsuma a go but fake lighting really gets to me.
I've noticed that you're allergic to fake lighting :). I never paid attention to it until this season, when I realized that all of the dramas, even NHK have taken lighting to a whole new level :). It looks like Japan is perpetually in white night.
I really noticed the lighting after watching all the WOWOW and NHK stuff and wondering why no one else goes for the movie feel. I guess its a combination of its easier to light everything else with 10 light sources than work out the shadows and they've got a lot of actors with unnaturally wrinkleless faces promoting beauty products.
